Shipping policy

Ordering times and Shipping

We aim to process all orders made before noon on the same day (excluding some items of clothing). All orders are processed within 2 business working days at busier times of the year. After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please ensure that you chose the country where your order is to be shipped to otherwise the order will be held up while we attempt to contact you.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. However if your country is not listed, please get in touch with us at contactus@myproplanner.co.uk and we will see if it is possible to ship to your country of choice

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

NOTE: Please be aware that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order is held at customs or requires further taxes and charges then that will be the responsibility of the customer.

Also if your item is returned to us due to delivery company being unable to deliver your item or item left at parcel shop and subsequently returned to us, only a refund of the product amount can be given. Reshipping of your order could result in further costs.


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. My Pro Planner is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contactus@myproplanner.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please don't message on social media with shipping enquiries as your question may be missed.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and the costs in shipping it to you unless an incorrect or damaged product was sent in error.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contactus@myproplanner.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Any clothing purchased will not be eligible for exchange due to each item being printed/decorated per sale. Clothing refunds or exchanged will be made if faulty items are sent out.

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days.
